Hey all you Fist fanatics! Hammerfist is back in the studio working on the follow up to thier first disc - 2006's "Backline". The work has only just gotten underway, but the sound is heavier than ever! Hammerfist laid down basic tracks for 3 new tunes and will be back in the studio regularly to flesh out the rest of the new material in the coming months. Check back here for the latest news and updates.

Hammerfist will be featured in the Spring 2009 issue of Rock Scarz magazine. Hammerfist's "Enemy" will also appear on a compilation disc inside the issue. Check it out at your favorite Tattoo parlor!

Hammerfist's "Pound of Flesh" now appears on Sinister Music's latest compilation CD along with several signed and un-signed acts including "Soil" and "Chaos Theory". This CD is not for sale, but will be given away at Metallica's last 5 U.S. Tour Dates
